This articulated streamer showcases how some materials (and how they are tied in) do the hard work for you when it comes to hooking fish. The bulk of the barely legal is tied with stacks of marabou, giving the fly all walks of natural movement in the water. The flashy underbody gets there attention, and the undulating feathers do the rest. The chartreuse and white variation is great for clear water conditions or bright days.
