Returns & Exchanges

At Yellow Dog Flyfishing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
